‘Tebineri’ Large organic shaped glass

“Tebineri” is a pottery technique that does not use a potter’s wheel and creates shapes entirely by hand. The shape created with the tebineri technique is faithfully transferred to glass, resulting in a vessel with a soft expression. It goes well with pottery and Japanese vessels, and is thick and durable, making it ideal for everyday use.

Made of Soda-lime glass, with ion and heat strengthening treatment at the Ishizuka Glass Company in Gifu prefecture, Japan.
